By Mia Berry Howard University alumna Sydney Satchell has had a busy month since winning a gold medal with the U.S. women’s sitting volleyball national team at the Paralympic Games in September. She attended a parade in her honor in her hometown of Windsor, Connecticut, and threw out the opening pitch at a Washington Nationals game.
